ok so i can do airwraps fine now, anyhoo...
does anyone know a good video of someone doing the butterfly weave? Cos i really want to be able to do it and usually i learn best by watching |

yeah,brightons rotating on a different cycle to everywhere else!
im travelling at the moment but going back tomorrow! so today im spinning in holland (literally ;P) |

Thats a really good video link btw!!!! THANX!!!
Butterfly weaves are quite weird to learn cos it is VERY different from other moves- but totally manageable!!! ;-) |
