Crazy - I can barrel roll an aeroplane but not a pair of socks :P
I'm finding barrel rolls pretty difficult, mostly with what hand goes where and whether it is pushing a sock over at the time.
The video is a good help, but the slo-mo doesn't last long enough for me, and I have no iPod, so if anyone has the time or patience to give me some written instructions, you know, lamens terms step by step poipoi for dummies style, then I will sacrifice a goat in your name.

The barrel roll vid in the tuition section isnt a proper barrel roll.
The technical geeky name of the barrel roll is an 'inverted isolated buzzsaw'
Because its a buzzsaw, isolated and inverted (with your arms crossed over).
The poi shouldnt touch your arms at all and shouldnt push the poi around.
Its your arms that do all the work.
I'm not brilliant at them, but will see about getting a video up sometime soon  |
