hello everyone,
I started poiing about a year ago, but I only really got into it at the end of the summer, I've recently learnt the 5bt fwd and bwd, 4bt windmill + corkscrew, hyperloops, reels inc. split hip +shoulder reels linked, isolations sort of, thread the needle, and the butterfly weave, from only knowing the 3bt fwd + backwd, basic windmill, corkscrew and butterfly.
At the moment I am working on Btb 3bt, and getting my Isolations better, Im also trying to learn airwraps, but not making much progress. I'd also like to learn the atomic weave, but havn't been able to find any good tutorials, and am not entirely sure what it is.
well thats my relation to the poi, I also juggle, and do diabolo among other circus arts.

thanks for the tutorials, they helped with my learning (could you put up some advice on how to do barrell rolls  )
