I've never been to one, but have heard of them taking place in eastbourne and canturbury.

Poi competitions seem a bit silly to me, they take away all the fun out of it and make it more like a sport.

I agree- making poi into a competition makes it into a sport not an art!!!![/u]

yeah poi is fun and creative. i do it to relax (and show off at comps).
