I wanted to show you guys this picture but I feel like I need to do some story-telling first :p
Well the first fire show I ever saw was integrated into a magician's act. Aside from the magician, there was a total of 6 guys with poi, fire staffs, clubs, and a long rope with a wick on the end (I forget what it's called). Anyways I got this awesome picture because thankfully the guy said "Watch this!" right before he did it, so I was ready. He had a fire staff and spun in a circle, lighting fuel that had been poured on the ground beforehand. It was so warm (we were in the front row)... and bright enough that it was one of the few pictures that turned out on my camera.
After the show, the magician came out to take a bow... he got a few unenthusiastic claps. When the fire guys came out everyone went crazy screaming and clapping. The show was called Fire & Fantasy, and the magician's name was Brian Glow, but I can't find anything out about the 6 guys who were spinning fire. All I know is that poor Brian really had his thunder stolen at his magic show, lol.
