helloooo, i got some poi 4 christmas and have just started trying to use them... i gave myself a black eye the other day... but great news.. I CAN NOW MAKE A LEFT TURN :D

hey there dont worry in the begining ya will tangle up and hurt yrself I doubt it will ever stop when ya trying to do new things. best recc I can give is try things slowly at first and then when ya can get used to the motions try the trick in reverse or try shift into a different trick. good luck
