Do you ever have 'one of those days'. I.E. where you either can or cannot do something (poi for example?). Today seems to be one of those days where i cant do poi *sadness* but i'm sure if i whack some tunes on i'll be at least reasonable.

I also have 'days where i can do airwraps consistently' and not. Which is about 50% of the time lol.

Awesome! What moves were they? And since you're such a quick learner and better tutor, can you help me out with my crossers? Should one poi be going forwards and one backwards? How do i stop hurting myself? :p

right man with your crossers start with a windmill keep doin it and instead of comin off it into a weave bring your right hand under your left armpit makin the poi go behind you and your left arm over your right and swing that one in front of you then cary on from there it has a lot to do with body movement but has many lot head pain as well :( moves i learnt : learnt to keep my btb on one side and can keep turning indefinatly or until i get dizzy Smile, urm learnt to 360 my windmill, and gettin better with my flowers gonna focus on them and hyperloops now and get them properly nailed, hope today was better than yesterday for you

Hey great, I'll give that a go. Its proper windy today :( so wont get much crosser/windmill practice in with the low ceiling. I'm trying some under-the-leg airwraps and struggling with hyperloops.

I can do the basic ones easy, but those 'eternal in the middle ones'? That you spin in the buzzsaw plane. Getting into them is fine but i never know when to get out and always get them tangled!

Flowers are awesome, I'm gonna get antispin nailed asap, cos then you can do a normal flower, and then switch to antispin, and POW, looks like someone pressed rewind on a remote control. Robotic.

i have been trying some crossers in the past few days. They are pretty cool, until you smack yourself in the face! :P With hyperloops, you need to wait 2 beats then push your leading hand past the other one. I might be able to explain it better, hmmmm.

If you are using your right hand to swing down, (right handed people usually) you need to wait for the right poi to go round once and then as its coming back up to the top position on its second spin, push your arm past the other one. This lets it get untangled. Sorry im not too good at explaining. :?

yeh man vipes has it, basically the number of beats after you tangle em n they start spinning like a buzzsaw has to be an even number 2 , 4 etc so count the beats then on the od beat send the poi on the outside of your arm and taa dar no tangles messiness. but after a while you just know when it feels right and dont even have to look at it. im currently trying to do btb hyerloops and around the back of ma head. many lots pain. DAM THOSE LOW CEILINGS!!!! <waves fist in anger>
