dont be mean coz if he is as you say "weak and puny" hten he has no protection against harsh words and if he isnt he may get agresive.
but info about fire poi- get what every feel nicest to spin and something that you can control e.g. dont get realy heavy poi coz if you go wrong hte momentum can be very dangerous. |

Are you a beginner?
If so I highly recommend you get a set of small fire poi.
Three headers are ALOT of fire to be dealing with on your first fire spin.
Stop being so big-headed and do yourself a favour by doing a risk assesmant

He is no begginner at Poi. He can do 7bw and many other tricks btb etc.
However this would be his first "Proper" fire spin and as you mate Ben I would suggest as the other before me and say get monkey fists. Seems good enough for the right price, you can always upgrade later |

| Monkey fists are great! The 65mm ones have huge flames, they are pretty heavy but nothing you dont get used to. My brother has the 95mm ones, and they are so heavy! |
