hey i just did this thing which I think looks really cool but it's only basic
ok so this is for people who can stall (sock poi) which is easy enough
basically kinda throw it lightly with the other hand behind your back, when its in the air bring you other hand up and follow it so you can catch it just before its done a full rotation and bring it to a stall from there, does look cool, easy to do (need two hands for one poi though so im trying to perfect throwing the other poi up higher and doing a swap :P) |

Mm yum
To save swapping hands, you can if you wish, throw it behind you back and catch it in front with the hand that threw it

| This is, as felixwah would say, 'blaggin' (good word) my head. Does the poi stall upwards or downwards when you catch it? |

| stalls downwards, like your basic stall, if you throw it so it only does one full rotation and your other hand follows it and catches it when it's almost gone round, you do the 'stalling' bit as you catch it if that makes sense, its one of those things that isn't amazin or nout but done right at the right time looks sweet |
