Can anyone do that kickass one where you go into an airwrap and then really quickly let go of one of your poi, and if you time it right it flies vertically upwards out of the airwrap and you can catch it and keep going? (socks only i guess)

I never know when to let go!!!!!!! Its just fluke lol.

na this aint whipcatches Smile in whipcatches ya try the poi with ya hand and catch in an airwrap type situation, airwrap throws ya wrap and the momentum of the poi let it throw itself Smile loveley move but dont use it too much myself,
