| Double Stalls and a rather tasty through the legs whip catch- took me ages to learn because 1 of my poi kept going over my fence and into my neighbours garden-oops! |

| Yes very similar, stumbled into it one day by doin a throw wrong. It takes a bit of practise but it looks good if you can do high kicks. |

Had my first success with hyperloops last night!!
Got the one on my right-hand side down. Left side still needs a lot of work, but I'm happy. |
