i think.... i have just nailed the iso ttn....
Bear in mind this is a crappy vid.... i look awefull and i had just like "discovered" the move haha so its still sloppy but it looks better now

| gt the ying yang! but damn my arms are sore with the btb/overhead/mexican wave training combos. but on the up side my hands have started moving in opposite directions continuously, without that bit where you do it three or four times then its like ur hands forget what they were doing? anyone else get that? |

right, erm, split time butterfly at your side, spinning in opposite directions.twist into a big cirle through 90 degree turn then into a butterfly at otherside (180degrees from where you started)
hope that kinda explains, learnt it from a book |

take a split time butterfly and bring it through a weave and buzzsaw plane.... all in split time....
do it quite fast this one.... looks awesome :D :D |

Dunno if this classes as a move but i just got the hang of doin a revers 3bw then chuckin 1 of my poi in the air and chachin it then goin back 2 the revers 3bw :P
looks cool
need 2 get chuckin both up :P
