Make sure you definitely class yourself as 'beginner-intermediate' before you start i.e forward thread the needle, reverse butterfly, (it says it wont teach you 5bw, but you don't need it for any of the moves it shows) buzzsaw, etc.
It's not as 'advanced' as it sounds, well, at least the first few chapters, the last ones are insane heh. But yeah. It starts in a nice place. |
