I only really just thought of this, so don't blame me if it's a cack game. It was just one of my spontaneous wafts of thought.
OK. Well, you give a line or two of a song, but the song has to lead on from the last word of the line 'sung' before. You can leave it in a random place if you like, you don't have to actually finish a line.
I.E:
Person 1: I don't need no TV and I don't need no news, all I need is a bumpin' beat... (Basement Jaxx)
Person 2: ...Won't stop, wont stop the beat - go! Everybody... (Junior Senior)
Person 3: ... Hurt's sometimes.... (REM)
You don't have to put the artist name in the brackets, but you can mention it if you think people should download it (legally of course) if they haven't already to make their life worth living. I know a few songs like that.
Lets chuck in some random rules too:
- Shouldn't be the same artist
- Shouldn't be a cover of the same song because that's just stupid
And not so much a rule but a piece of advice:
- Don't leave it on a word like 'prestidigitation' or 'longitudinal', because that's not the way to make friends.
Together we can make the most elaborate, sporadically tuned song in history!
