Hey how r people! i jst started practising im not very good with coordination or concentration, so somebody told me to give it a go! any tips will be appreciated!

Heya.

WEll poi will definatly help that!

Check out the tutorials on this site, they are great for beginners and advanced people alike :D

Highly useful.

As are some of the DVD's and books for sale here! ENcyclopodia Dvd is suppoesed to be good once you are intermediate level.

Just remember you wont get good unless you practice

Lol AJ, you could be a door to door salesman! I think thats the only sales pitch I'd ever go for!

welcome to the forum my friend, enjoy, and as aj so rightly said earlier, check out the vids, emma rocks the poi! and for the extra stuff that may not be shown, im sure there'll be at least 5 people on this forum who knows, so yeah happy spinning my friend! (lol i sound like bob ross!)
