At the DMP meetup we were privilidged to have the prototypes of the hyperlights there and a friend of mine did the honors recording me spinning them picture is grainey and spinning aint great but just give ya an idea of the hyperlights...
they aint availalbe yet but soon folks...

| can ya explain how they work pls?? its baffled me, i mean i put my blazinlight sticks into my mates glo socks and that looked mega but hyperloops had to be done quite close to your hand, but i will need a pair of them oh yeash |

| I believe that the lights are all in the bottom, and the light beams upwards. |

| yup correct, they are damn strong leds (so strong you cant look at them directly )and they illuminate the sock from the end... |

thats pretty dammned awesome!! i might have to get meself some of those! i was thinking of making some completely glow flags at some point, but im still designing...it probably wont work lol, but its worth a try!(^_^)
i took a look at some of the other videos you got, and i must say the "Dr Bognus - Singularity" is actually bloody amazing! i mean thats talent right there! i hope to spin like that some day! *inspired, runs outside with poi in hand* |

well there going to be cheaper than aerotechs..... and the date is yet to be confirmed... but hopefully they wont be too long!
oh and btw they are preety durable... while spinning them over the 3 days we had with them they took alot of nocks and still worked fine
oh and the best bit is you get a programme with them to link your poi to your computer... and programme your own sequences into them :D
so if your spinnning in a nightclub to a song you can have them do loads of changes and things intime to the music :D |
