well i just managed to learn BTB 3bt Rvrs so that means i can do fwd and rvs
now i wana learn how to turn/ change from one to the other ... sorta like a BTB fountain
does any one have any tips on this... i jst get my arms tied up and hit my self in the head :O

Well, the way that i change direction is doin a 3bw (dosnt matter what direction) and then spin 180 degres (left or right, wich ever feels more comftable)
The thing i do, is btb direction change, i get very dizzy :P but looks awsome |

btb - rubber things - refers to behind the back.... so yeah... lol
well an easy way to go to btb smoothly is to turn while weaving i.e you turn yoru body but put the poi behind your back .... and keep the turn going 360... thats nice lol |
