UK Deliveries

Postage and packaging is calculated depending on the weight of your order. This is done automatically by our online shop. Currently we are offering Special Delivery (next day by 1pm) at a set rate of £5.95 per order. Please call us on 01273 414434 if you require this service.

Currently all orders are sent via Royal Mail first class.

Please allow 3-7 working days to receive your goods. In most cases orders can be expected within 1-4 days. If orders are received before midday we will endeavor to dispatch your goods same day.

Due to the nature of some orders, it may not be possible for us to deliver within these time frames. In such cases we will contact you and update you on the progress of your order and we will give you an estimated time of arrival.

European Deliveries

Postage and packaging is currently charged at a set rate of £7.49 per order, and sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For'. If your order exceeds the standard weight we will contact you requesting any extra postage that is required. If you would like us to add insurance and item tracking options please contact us.

In most cases orders will arrive within 3-5 working days, however, please allow up to 10 days to receive your goods

Worldwide Deliveries

Postage and packaging is currently charged at a set rate of £7.49, and sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For'. If your order exceeds the standard weight we will contact you requesting any extra postage that is required. If you would like us to add insurance and item tracking facilities please contact us and we will endeavour to find the most suitable option.

In most cases orders will arrive within 5-10 working days, however, please allow up to 14 days to receive your goods.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Although rare, it is always possible that goods may get lost in transit or damaged upon delivery. In the event of such circumstances please contact us directly so that we can trace your shipment and deal with the situation effectively.
