Poi Spinning Tuition & Lessons

Our easy to use tuition pages are designed for Poi Poi® fans of all abilities. Due to the vast number of moves out there, this section concentrates on a selection of core moves, split into three catagories: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.

If you are a beginner you should start in the Basic section. This section starts you off gently with some simple key moves that can be built up into stunning visuals. The intermediate section is for progressive spinners and contains a range of tricks that look wicked and don't require arms of elastic to pull off. The Advanced section is where the real tricky stuff is found!

Thats right! All of the tuition videos featured on this site can be downloaded as iPod videos. Just import them into iTunes, update your iPod Video and head to the garden for some outdoor practice.

Getting Started

To start learning straight away simply choose one of the tutorials on the left. It's always good to discuss tricky moves with other poi spinners, for this reason we've included links to related forum discussions on each of the tutorial pages! If no discussions exist, head over to the forums and start chatting!
