Online Tuition Videos & iPod Videos Support

This guide will help you troubleshoot any problems you may have with viewing our tuition videos. All of the tuition videos featured on this site can also be downloaded as iPod videos, this guide also explains how to get the videos from the PoiPoi® website onto your iPod.

Viewing Videos Online

To view the videos you will need the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player, you can download here. All videos are optimised for broadband internet connections with a connection speed of 512kbps or greater, if you are not sure whether your internet connection speed is fast enough you can test it online here.

If your connection speed is not fast enough, we would reccommend downloading our iPod Videos and viewing them offline in iTunes, please refer to the 'Downloading iPod Videos' section of this document.
