The Buzzsaw

When spun well, this accurately named little number can look great. It's essential that your poi of choice are short enough to spin without risk of painfall 'poi on chin' clashes! The length of your poi string can be changed mid spin by opening your hands and allowing the string to wrap around your palm before entering the move. Back to 'the buzzsaw'.........!

1) Start this move by spinning the poi split time forwards by your side.

2) Concentrate on hand 1 (Left or right you decide!) as the poi drops down change the angle of your hand so its facing towards the center of your body. The poi should now be spinning on the inside of your arm. Immediately do the same with hand 2.

3) The poi should now be spinning in line with the center of your body in split time.

4) Thats the easy bit!....keeping them spinning effectively is the hard bit. It's all about what your doing with your hands. They should be circling each other as closely as possible (kinda like peddling a tiny bicycle with your fingers!)
