Ok, what is a good way to start? I mean as a transition, what goes really smoothly into split reels?...

I am having a bit of difficulty learning them.. I followed the tuition videos but I still cant seem to be able to get the Poi to spin properly.. And with the shoulder reels I assume the "how to do" is the same as hip reels just at a higher...

I have tried every way of doing this move but i cannot for the life of me get the balls to swing seperately. they go around at the same time. ANYBODY PLEASE help me with this I am going insane!!!! :rant: Thanks...

I'm kind of new to poi, i can easily do hip reels but when it comes to shoulder reels :S I can sort of do it with each hand seperatly but never together (i just keep whaking me backside/head/back/legs) I watched the video but i still can't get it, ...
