Lets take a look at this poi move mathematically:

hip reels + split time = split hip reels

lets take this answer and improve it:

split hip reels - the really bad facial expression I'm pulling! = a better split hip reel.

I am having a bit of difficulty learning them.. I followed the tuition videos but I still cant seem to be able to get the Poi to spin properly.. And with the shoulder reels I assume the "how to do" is the same as hip reels just at a higher...

I have tried every way of doing this move but i cannot for the life of me get the balls to swing seperately. they go around at the same time. ANYBODY PLEASE help me with this I am going insane!!!! :rant: Thanks...
