Thread the Needle

This spinning move is a cheeky variation of the basic butterfly, Once you are confidently spinning the butterfly progression to thread the needle is quite natural. The description below describes one full cycle of the move.

1) As the poi rise towards your shoulders draw arm 1 (left or right you decide!) back towards your body.

2) Arm 1 immediately pushes directly through the crease if your elbow crossing the top of arm 2.

3) Arm 2 should now be below arm 1, draw arm 2 back and push it directly through the crease of your elbow crossing over the top of arm.
