The 3 Beat Weave Backwards

Yet another addition to the weave variations! I've found mastering the weave backwards to be a bit of an unpredictable one... Some find once they can weave forwards backwards slots into place. Where others take ages to adjust to the idea of a direction change...blah blah blah... zzzz... let's crack on!

1) Start by spinning the poi in split time backwards

2) Label (mentally!) your arms arm 1 and arm 2. As the poi in arm 1 spins at its lowest point begin crossing it across your body to the opposite shoulder.

3) As arm 1 reaches it's highest point at shoulder 2, arm 2 should cross below arm one towards shoulder 1.

4) Leave poi 2 at the opposite side for one whole rotation as poi 1 returns to its original side and crosses back under arm 2 towards shoulder 2

5) Arm 2 should arm 1, arm 2, arm 1 arrrhhhhh!... watch the video!
